A full-bore lined ball valve offers high safety factors, stability and rigidity, eliminating a potential leakage path. Through the full passage of the valve pressure losses are minimized and the flow capacities increased, thereby reducing energy and pumping costs. The construction with a floating ball guarantees bubble-tight shut-off over the entire pressure range. The floating bearing reduces stem loading and increases the efficiency and life of the stem seal. A true blow-out shaft design provides increased safety. Each lined ball valve is equipped with an anti-static device that protects against potentially dangerous electrostatic discharges. Durable and optimally dimensioned seat rings, large shaft sealing area as well as the large flanges lined with large sealing surfaces ensure a trouble-free fitting without leaks and minimize downtime and maintenance times. Due to the construction with a mounting flange according to DIN EN ISO 5211, the assembly of pneumatic, electric or hydraulic actuators is standardized. The lining material can be selected from a wide range of FEP, PFA, Tefzel, PP, PVDF as well as conductive PFA. Also available with V-control ball for precise control modulation or with C-ball.
